The management team of Tidal Petroleum provides the following services to both its industry and non-industry investors:

  • In-house research from microfilm, microfiche, and CD-ROM
  • Reviewing and analyzing base, geological and geophysical maps, production maps, scout tickets, electric and mud logs and drill stem tests
  • Reviewing, processing, re-processing and interpreting seismic data for identification of high amplitude anomalies and faults
  • Land and legal expertise to lease, farm-out and contract all prospect acreage
  • Supervising and conducting all necessary steps to prepare, permit, drill, test, complete and equip the prospect wells
  • Filing all necessary paperwork with the appropriate regulatory agencies
  • Maintaining ongoing field operations
  • Marketing oil and gas production and disbursing monthly revenue to all partners

Areas of Operation

Tidal Petroleum, with its in-house prospect evaluation and geological consultants, currently maintains an average of ten to twenty prospects in various stages of analysis, lease check, negotiation, title work or acquisition. We have concentrated on prospects that fall into three main categories:

Frio and Vicksburg Sand 3,000'-5,000' – Shallow gas, low unit costs, excellent economics.

Hockley Yegua and Pettus Sand 5,000'-7,000' – Typically sub-surface controlled with multiple pay zones. Both gas and oil possibilities with excellent reserves.

Wilcox Sand 8,000’-10,500’ – Prolific formation spanning our area of operations. Very high daily production and reserve potential.
